- the apartment must be paid with the rate of a min. of 3 people
- our rates include from 1st May - 24th September: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking, from 24th September gas is extra charged according to the gas meter
- city tax is not included, this is 1,5 Euro/day/adult
- air-conditioning: EUR 10/day
- the apartment must be rented from Saturday to Saturday
- by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. In case of cancellation this sum is not paid back
- we charge EUR 100 security deposit for damages and loss of keys
- arrival from 2 p.m., departure till 10 a.m.
- no towels provided
- when arriving our guests must sign a registration form and the rules of the house
